NFL player Jaylon Ferguson has died.
This was announced by his club, Baltimore Ravens, on Wednesday.
Jaylon was fun to talk to and hang out with every day. Our hearts are with his soul. “Rest in peace,” the club wrote in a statement.
Ferguson is 26 years old.
Just before midnight between Tuesday and Wednesday, police were alerted to the northern part of Baltimore.
When the police arrived, they found Ferguson unconscious and paramedics were looking after him.
But his life could not be saved. Ferguson was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the police, there is no suspicion of any crime. Doctors will conduct a forensic examination to confirm the cause of death, which is currently unclear.

Ferguson was coined as the number 85 by Baltimore Ravens In the third round in 2019, he has remained loyal to the club ever since. As per the information, he trained hard after the season and was in really good shape when he passed away.

The Baltimore Ravens’ grief did not end with Ferguson.
The club announced, on Thursday, the death of club icon Tony “Goose” Siragoza.
“This is a very sad day. We are shocked and saddened by the sudden death of Tony Serragosa. He was a special person and one of the most popular players in Raven history,” Raven owner Steve Bisciotti said in a statement.
Siragosa joined the Ravens as a “free agent” in 1997, and spent five seasons at the club.
