New York. Last night, the Los Angeles Kings and Seattle Kraken had the craziest hockey game of the year.
When the final whistle blew, it was 8-8 – and then Andriy Burakovsky decided with his second goal in overtime.

It was clear early on that the match between division rivals LA Kings and Seattle Kraken at Crypto.com Arena could be quite an open story.
After just one period the score was 3-3. But that was just an appetizer. When 20 more games had been played, the visitors were leading 8-6…
– I can imagine the fans were enjoying watching, but we didn’t sit on the ice. In fact, it was a really bad game, Andrej Burakovsky says when we speak to him afterwards.

In the third, the storm calmed down somewhat, but the Kings managed to score two more goals, so at the final whistle the jumbotron flashed a ridiculous score of 8-8.
In extra time the home team unfortunately managed to send him off for “too many guys” and in the ensuing power play it was Borakowski who scored his second goal of the evening.
