But not everyone was equally amused by the photo.
The reaction from former NHL bully Sean Avery, now a public opinion machine on social media, was strong.
Especially when it comes to the 27-year-old’s clothing style.
– What the hell is he wearing? The problem is that he is my son. William Nylander should date Taylor Swift. It’s fall in Toronto. Best month other than July to walk around in black? He wears shoes like a rock star. It’s a casual outfit. “Willie” said in a video clip on the platform that he should wear a cashmere sweater X.
