Many family members gathered at the hospital in São Paulo to support Pele.
They keep him company in the difficult battle against cancer.
“my strength is yours”wrote his son, Edino, on Instagram.
Several members of Pele’s family are now on site at the Albert Einstein Hospital in Sao Paulo, where the 82-year-old football legend has been treated since early November.
Doctors announced earlier this week that the football star’s condition had worsened and he was now receiving further care due to cancer, kidney and heart problems.

Edson Cholbi Nascimento, the son of football coach Pele, denied on Friday that he would visit the hospital but arrived in Sao Paulo a day later.
He posted a photo on Instagram where he holds his father’s hand and writes that “my strength is yours.”
Pele’s daughter is also in the hospital, as she was recently.
“Here we stay, needing and wanting. Another night together.”she writes on Instagram along with a photo of her hugging Pele.
He won three gold medals
Pele, or Edson Arantes do Nascimento as he is called, has long been considered one of the best players in the world of all time. He broke through to the World Cup in 1958 when, among other things, he scored two goals against Sweden in the final in Rasunda and then won two more World Cup golds.
Pele remains Brazil’s all-time leading scorer, even though Neymar missed out on 77 goals during the World Cup in Qatar.
