Sävehof won 15th gold in Sweden – beating Skuru in the final

Stockholm girl Frida Russell with a past in Skoro had several relatives in the stands with whom she celebrated the gold medal.

– It’s so much fun, and there’s no other better way to finish. I have many people with family and friends. It’s so much fun, I am so happy, she says.

Russell himself scored five hits in the Golden Match against his former teammates.

– I came here when I was 17, I won nothing, I went to Vasteras and had to show my ID and then I finished this up at Sävehof against Skuru, it’s very nice.

Now she takes her teammates to Stockholm for an all-night party.

There will be a party until tomorrow, the day after and the whole weekend. And Russell concludes that we go to Stockholm now and then go home tomorrow.
