Lulia chased the equalizer, and with ten minutes remaining the goal came. Jack Connolly put the ball behind Gustav Lindvall in the goal.
The match had to be decided by penalties after extra time without goals. There, Skelleftea drew the longest straw after Simon Robertson scored the only penalty kick in the penalty shootout. Thus Skelleftea broke his six-game losing streak, thanks in large part to goalkeeper Lindvall.
