He gave a breath test that showed the alcohol concentration was 0.34 milligrams per liter, which equates to about 0.7 per thousand.

The limit for drunk driving in Sweden is 0.2 per thousand blood alcohol. The player has accepted the referee’s order, which means that he has confessed the offense to the police and has accepted his punishment in the form of a fine.
