Three players were fined for filming in SHL

Judgment came.

Lolia’s Brendan Shenemin, Linkoping’s Jesper Peterson, and Kaley Klang Rogel have been fined for filming them.

Players who reinforce stances became a hot topic at the start of the SHL.

Today, the Swedish Ice Hockey Association’s Disciplinary Board has imposed fines of SEK 5,000 for every three players believed to have made the shoot.

It’s about Luleå’s Brendan Shinnimin, Linköping’s Jesper Pettersson, and Rögle’s Calle Clang.

So they should be fined

The disciplinary board justifies the punishment as follows:

Shinmin amplifies the situation by tilting his head and body back while his right leg is hidden under his body. All in an attempt to trick the referee into making an expulsion.”

“Isac Brännström holds the arm of Jesper Pettersson, who then chooses to ramp up the situation by turning his body left toward the track while his right leg flies through the air. This is not a natural act but an amplification of the situation for the referee to send off the opposing player.”

“When Emil Sylvegård falls, grab Calle Clang’s right shoulder and pull him. Clang rolls toward Sylvegård and ends up close to him. Sylvegård pushes Clang away with his left glove. Clang then chooses to shoot by covering his face with both hands and spinning around to show that he is in excruciating pain.”
