Timras Anti Carlson angry at the referees

Timrå’s coach Ante Karlsson was furious with the referees after losing 3-4 to Färjestad.

When he saw the re-ejection after the match, it broke for him.

– Put the damn TV away, hiss in C More.

Timrå washed over Färjestad in the first period and the lead (3-1) was almost at the bottom.

Jonathan Dahlin opened the scoring, Jeremy Boyce-Rotival scored Timra’s second goal before Dahlen scored his second goal of the evening.

We’re doing really well, said Boyce Rotival in C More.

In a second period marked by plenty of disposals, Daniel Vicksten narrowed the score to 3-2 with his second goal of the match. With three minutes left in regulation time, Timrås’ Per Svensson received a game-over-five for a knee tackle.

The dismissal made coach Ante Karlsson see the red.

The coach is raging

First he threw the tactic board in anger, and when Joel Nystrom tied the score at 3-3 on the power play, Ante Carlson sarcastically applauded the referees.

After that he was angry.

– I think we’re better than Färjestad as long as it’s fair play. Then we can never win a hockey game if the umpires have to pick us up once they’re down. In the second period they fall everywhere and pick on us all the time. And then the fifth in Beer at the end, well, I don’t know…, he says.

When he then sees Per Svensson sent off in a replay, it fails completely.

– Look what the hell is this?! Oooh! No, don’t show the pictures – stay away from the TV!

When asked if he communicated with the judges afterward, Ante Carlsson replied:

– Maybe they themselves knew how bad they were, so they didn’t want to talk …

C. Moore then announced that the judges did not want any television interviews afterward.

Farjestad won

In overtime, Theodor Linström moved forward and scored an extra point for Vargstad.

This was FBK’s 10th consecutive (!) victory against Timra.

– We were not good at all in the first period, but we are strong to come back and win, says coach Thomas Mittel.
