When the competition was about to start, it turned out to be a Hollywood star Tom Hardy He’ll be involved – something the 45-year-old has kept a secret. He registered under his middle name Edward.
– We found out a few weeks ago, but the organizer chose to keep it a secret so there weren’t too many people who could distract him, sponsor Shaun Roseborough tells The Sun.
His participation was also successful. When the competition ended, Hardy stood victorious, having defeated Andy Leatherland in the finals.
– He entered with the same intensity as he does in the movies, says the 42-year-old opponent.
‘The mothers were crazy about him’
Although the star kept his engagement secret, it brought attention to the event.
– Moms were totally crazy about him. Roseborough says a lot of people wanted to take a picture and he didn’t have a problem with it
When Hardy filmed “Warrior” he returned to martial arts, then realized he was an innate talent. After the tournament, the star was praised for his efforts.
– It was brilliant. I watched all his matches and he finished all of them with submissions. Roseborough says he’s great at jiu-jitsu.
